Specific to Little Athletics, Karen was a strong supporter of the benefits of encouraging athletes to focus on individual performance improvement. Continue reading The Karen Green Trophy

State Representatives

Here at the Weston Creek Redbacks we are committed to recognising the performance of every athlete. A personal best performance is regarded just as highly as a gold medal. However, whilst we celebrate every “PB”, it is important that we also recognise the outstanding achievements of our high performers. The following list of athletes have achieved Little Athletics ACT’s highest honour as ACT representatives. Continue reading State Representatives

Injuries and sickness

If your child is ill or not keen to compete, PLEASE do not send them along to compete.

The Centre has a standard first aid kit available for treatment of athletes in the event of injury and a number of trained First Aiders. For any insurance claim to be valid, all injuries must be reported as soon as possible and recorded in the register held at the canteen for that purpose. LAACT and WCLAC partly sponsors participation in accredited first aid courses.
